Wah.. I so many days never blog liao.. like dying already..
This whole week i was trying to find where i belong. A certain some1 asked me: " Why are people transforming to a 'Yes Sir Yes Sir' community? We are al trying to do well but once approached by a higher authority, we juz go 'Yes' and never asking Y.. I really wonder if this is a good thing. As this can really show a difference between the Leaders and the followers.
In the Olden days, OT is really up to an individual. If there are lots of things to be done, we juz stay back. Nowadays as Singapore is more and more advanced, it is 'Common' for a person to work beyond 12 hours. That's the reason why our government is so keen on trying to push family ties/values. But do we really have enough personal time?
Even as an NSF, i feel like a prositute, going to wherever/whom ever needs my services. I could spend 24/7 and things will still be stagnant, not even moving towards completion, so why the OT? i haven't seen my father for two days already, as he is working 8-5.30p. The irony? He is working in the airforce too. So if anybody says that i have privillages, I can proudly say i earn it through hard work, and NOT pulling strings.
But the bottom line-- Although i have been given extras for being framed, i still feel a sense of satisfaction from it, knowing well that if i haven't enter 144, i wouldn't have met all my great seniors and friends who have helped and supported me through this 1 yr plus. ARIGATOU guys...
