just finished another movie, jap movie called Devilman. Really interesting since it was a adpation from a comic/anime. Characters from boyband Flame (brothers in fact) and it's CG was really nice.. here is the synopsis..

A new, big budget adaptation of the long running, hugely popular horror/action anime of the same name. It tells the story of the accidental release of a demonic species from Antarctica, whose numbers spread via an infection, which corrupts and transforms normal people. This leads to an apocalyptic war, in which humanity’s only hope is Akira (Hisato Izaki, from Japanese boy band ‘Flame’), a weedy teen who merges with a demonic entity to become Devilman, a powerful, yet conscientious beast that fights both monsters and the fascist and brutal human forces trying to wipe out the new species. Akira is opposed by his former best friend, the somewhat psychotic Ryo (Yusuke Izaki, twin brother of Hisato, and fellow ‘Flame’ member), who becomes an equally powerful demon, and a host of other creatures that pop in and out of the story…

Here is the spoiler for the movie. The anime runs along this line too but it is afterall a 1972 manga. Kool huh.. here enjoy this wonderful CG (Please note, techinology has advanced greatly since then :P)

Devil MAn!! I will still prefer the movie version though. Too lame, the 1972 version. just like the 1st version of kamen rider. Seems like all good animation/comic derived from Old Japan but Gome~ i really can't appreciate them. I can still do ancient transformers, visionaries and The Car morphing Plane show.. :) Jaa for now..
