J-Drama Fever
Just finished watching 2 Dramas, 10 episode each. I am starting to like teachers, as i feel thier job really can mould the future generation. How we, from young are being taught the basics of life. Although in 2 days is my exam. Zzzz i still watching another J-Drama, Dragon Zakura. Oh god, please help me get an A? LOL.. Really like Dragon Zakura le cause talking about the Baka~ people getting into the famous TOudai University. Sugoyi~.. hope this will be life changing. :) By the way, my ankle is much better, though i can't really walk normally, still a little limp. Well i shall go into the details of the J-dramas now. Enjoy..
My Boss, My Hero
Description:
Sakaki "Tornado" Makio, the tough 27-year-old wakagashira (young master) of the Kantou Sharp Fang family loves alcohol, fighting, women and pudding. However, he is a high school drop-out and by academic standards, pretty dumb. He is illiterate, extremely bad at math and cannot even fully write his name in kanji. His father who is also the family's oyabun (boss), worries for the future of his son and his organization as he wishes for Makio to succeed him. He decides to force his son to return to high school to receive his diploma. He asks an old friend who happens to be the principal of a nearby school to admit Makio. If Makio doesn't graduate, the position of boss will be given to his younger brother Mikio.
Furthermore, he must pose as a 17-year-old during school hours and in the presence of any classmates or teachers outside of school. If his cover is blown, it would be the end of his high school career as well as his hopes to become boss. Things start out rough and tough as Makio's violent temper is tested. As the lessons and days go by he learns there is much more to school than just tests and studying.
By the way, for this youtube mv, there is malay subtitles at the bottom, so just ignore it ok? Really funny clip, shows how baka he is.. and of course, the gist of the whole drama.. though it is a bit long - 9.50min. zzz..
Haha.. now this show is super super funny. I really liked this mafia, Nagase Tomoya (TOKIO) has like this 2 sides personalilty. And how it shows that people can be affcted and change around you. Quite Baka, it seems that Nagase, aka Makky, his brother? Mikki. hehe.. really recommend this show. Quite sad for J-Pop members, once they get older, it is tougher to survive, with so many upcoming stars like yamadam yuto (Hey 7!) For singapore, i son't really remember child actors, probably only Xie Yun Yi and chong ching (CIDS). Well to end this J-drama--> PUDDING RULEZ.. :)

Description:
Former pro boxer Tetta Gondo (Katsunori Takahashi) has come to Kaki-no-ki-zaka High School as a beginning teacher. The school hopes to restore finances by improving the students’ abilities and strengthening its baseball team. Tetta goes head-to-head with his class full of failing students who have no ability whatsoever in sports and studies. Everyday, he passionately encourages his students who have no drive at all. School is not just a place to study. It’s a place to learn how to live! If it means helping out his students, Tetta won’t hesitate to snap at the parents and school. This is a short MV on youtube. Another drama with Tegoshi Yuya. Hmm.. probably due to his singing in NEWS and his acting, kool or boyish. Of course he is the kool one in this drama. And did you notice? In japan, most of the stars who sing must act to be famous, with the exception of a few like Ayumi.. The gals are quite typical Jap gals lor, except that she not very chio. I have seen 'real' life better ones :)
Also, the baby fat from tegoshi face seems to dissapear le. Generation will be SMAP - NEWS - HEY 7? LOL.. i think i am still more jap then korean, cause i can after all speak better jap. :P
The other main character is also in NEWS, Masuda Takahisa. I still think tegoshi sings better. Hmm i think will get the NEWS album or the "Miso Soup". Wonder if HMV have..
