Happy Birthday To Me!!

What a day to spend my Birthday.. Breakfast/Lunch was Tom Yam soup. My favoutie prawns and nghor he. How i missed home cook food while staying in hall. Will cheris every moment i have at home and take things in my stride, doing not to ask for any returns but doing cause it is the righ thing to do. My resolution will be taking a small step in my daily life, to achieve greater things in future.

I am starting to feel that there is an influx of koreans coming to singapore. Or some how or rather, i am suppose to polish my korean? keke.. Right now i have 3 students all korean. Though i am more proficient in Jap, i will try my best to learn.

My afternoon and night was used to teach tution. Because i have no worries, i am able to teach well, and too enjoy myself through the process. Although the travelling is long, from hougang to bukit panjang, i feel it is enriching cause it is a medium for me to run away from everything, now that i have no hall to stay. But things will get bad when i start my special semester next tuesday, no doubt about it.

I had a surprise today, during my last tuition lesson, i suddenly heard my students mother and roomate screaming.. Guess what? It was a small "kawaii" lizard. Koreans are super afraid of lizard? LOL. I spent about half-an hour trying to vhase it out of the window, making me sweat like hell. Well the reward? I got to eat authentic korean food! Not those you eat in those kuku foodcourt. according to her, she said korean food should taste like this!!

The rice was superb. Best i have eaten so far. Beans with rice/brown rice. I got a birthday soup too. The red dish is chili sotong, look a little like kimichi but taste very spicy. Nice~ beside it, the yellow dish was also specially for me. Eggs with small prawns fried with "fish" stock. top left is 3 layer pork dip in the red sauce. Yummy and lastly, the korean seaweed. Taste so different from jap as it doesn't have any salt. Pure and goes well with the fragrant rice. Doubt i will eat other korean food from now.. hehee.. It's nice being a tutor.. or tutee..

Since the day ended with food i have never tried b4, it was a good birthday for me. Though it will be gd to have some cakes. *Slurp. Right now i hope to eat cakes from bedok and curry rice from city hall. Hope some1 fulfills his promise and bring mi eat curry rice. (You Know Who Hor.. :) )

CUrrently i am watching "Otogi Jushi Akazukin". Nice childish anime like akazukin cha cha. I juz like mahou. Brings me into VR state. "Install" the movie was nice, with a chem message, but still the boy gets to touch boobs. Nice~ The boy ( Kamiki Ryunosuke) is now grown up and acting in Tantei Gakuen Q. The movie was nice thus i think they decided to make the tv drama. Enjoy this clip.
