Blah Blah *NAGGING* BLAH

*Snif Snif-- Once again i'm down with flu cough and a little feverish.. I DO NOT "CHAO KENG!!!"

DUn u juz hate it that when ur psrentd always predict somethiing that always happen? Once again My father has done it again.. I'm doing Lox Charging on the 30th of Jan.

Been so tired lately due to constant late nights and irregular sleep. My body has once broken down as i suddenly work morning shift due to my qualification exams. AND I PASSED!!!

2 days ago while i was working, my WOIC came over to talk to me, yeah yeah.. it's about the recent lost of tools case; aka my 7extras. He was saying that during the CAF meeting, somebody highlighted the seriousness of HF(HUMAN FACTOR). I was one of the GAIR cases. "NEGILGENCE" was the word quoted for the kuku naden (ME), who lost the torque bit size 6 as HE(ME) did not do a End Of Day Check.

Right now, i have to highlight to all those who see my blog.. I DID MY JOB!! -- Technically..
Let me go straight to the point: Let's say that if U have put ur belongings into a locker, checked and locked it up, and the only access is with you, will u be checking every second to ensure that ur wallet isn't stolen?

If u have a few million, Probably, but most people won't.

My case was about the same. Only I have the keys to the locker, and my friend and other people "CONfirmed" that the torque bit was in there. I glaced and then it was inside all the way right up till the time where it was found missing in the next morning.

Q: When did it dissapear? (When it is not touched at all the whole day once passed to me & right before that it was GD!)
Q: How did the torque bit ended up IN the Sliver box which was in another compartment?
Q: The person who found it was from the same SQN who last used the tool box with the missing torque bit.

Maybe it is due to the fact that i am a junior, thus results of the investigations are not made known to me, only the verdict of the 7 extras.

So if by any chance i get a chance to explain myself, I admit, i'm at fault for not checking the tools again at the end of the day, but "NEGILGENCE"?? I believe i always do my checks throughly. Many people can justify for my actions and work attitude.

*SIGH* It all boils down to the point that If i have checked another time before the EOD, all this would not happen. SO i would like to take this opprtuninty to say i'm sorry for causing so much trouble for my SQN, EO, WO, PDS IC and all others hu are invovled.
