FireWorks!! With Lau S_K

Whoot!! There was a fireworks display last friday & saturday (17th & 18th)at Marina Bay. "People Mountain People Sea" Really NUTS man. People squeezing people - becoming sardines, and me 'accidentally' knocking a young boy's head But the display was much better than the year before, probably as ah tai said: i am with a much "less stress" group thus enjoying myself? LOL.. Nehy.. it is afterall Marina bay ya know.. Soon kiat planned the whole invite, with a minimum pple invite (VIP only), Kenny Tan, Me, and kiat met at UOB plaza where kenny works and once again, i got lost. This time mooky was not there to save me.. *SIGH* i am a dimwit. Went circles and called for help. Luckily kiat didn't scold me.. cause he said the place wrongly in the first place.. LMAO.. We reached alpha destination at around 8pm. Security was super tight. Kenny tan loved saying "BOMB" and i was super shag since i did a 3 hour tution right before this and rushed down on bus from bukit panjang. But meeting old buddies was really a stress reliver..

ENougH talk -- Let the show begin..


The start of the fireworks begin at 9.10pm. By then, kiat was already cursing and swearing, with the kids, merlion, tress & pole blocking our view even though we were early. a mother even "cut queue" using her child. Nuts. i could have accidentally just make "Blood Spill". Here is the continous photos i took. Maybe i will get the video clip from kiat and other nicer photos from kenny. For now.. dozo yoroshiku-onigaishimas~

Although kiat finds the merlion annoying, i find it picture perfect.

THE FINALE - "boom bah..."

After the show, we headed to Lau pa sa for dinner. Everything was so expensive, i am no working class you know. No 1-for-1 offers or discounts. A bowl of bar chor mee cost $3-$4. Nuts. I got kopitiam at least still got 10% discount lor. SobX spent $5 on shitty western food. Didn't even bother to whip out my cam. Not worth my memory space.

Soon kiat left first on his bike and kenny accompained me to the bus stop in chinatown where i can take bus 80 home. On the way we passed by china square where i fondly remember "vege Poh" bringing us to the high class vege restaruant. Nice~

Walked to the fountain where the swing resides. I quickly became a little kid once more, sitting on the swing. Here are the photos..

For some reason, maybe it is afterall the 7th month, Ghostly appriations can be felt almost everywhere, or probably due to the fact that 3 of us had a really "buddy-Open_heart" talk about "beings". Brr... The Dark side is getting to me once again.

Upon reaching home, i saw the indian aunty's house having a new drawing so i took a picture. One of these days i must tell her that what she has done here really brighten's up my day.
